Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a special look back at their 2025 with a set of unseen photos. Posting on Instagram on December 30, they captioned the collection, “Some unseen favourites from 2025.”
The year began with the couple lighting candles at a Holocaust Memorial Day service in London in January, which also marked the 80th anniversary of Auschwitz’s liberation.
In February, Kate visited HMP Styal, a women’s prison, to meet former and current inmates supported by Action for Children, where she is a royal patron. She also attended the Irish Guards St Patrick’s Day Parade on her own in March.
April saw William and Kate visiting the Isles of Mull and Iona, where they met local communities. In May, William and Prince George joined veterans to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day. The family reunited in June for the Trooping the Colour Parade.
At Wimbledon, Kate handed the Challenge Cup to men’s singles winner Jannik Sinner, while the family’s reactions during the matches captured fans’ attention.
William also had some lighter moments away from royal duties. In November, he played volleyball on a beach in Brazil ahead of the Earthshot Prize. He ended the year celebrating with soldiers at the Welsh Guard Christmas party.
Camilla Opens Up About Teenage Assault
In other royal news, Camilla spoke on BBC Radio 4’s Today program on December 31 about being attacked by a stranger on a train as a teenager. She recalled the anger and fear she felt and said the memory stayed with her for many years. Her story came up during a conversation about gender-based violence with commentator John Hunt and his daughter Amy Hunt.
